A 36 anni, Aleksandra Vainio continua a coltivare la sua passione per la fotografia, la moda e il mondo dello spettacolo. Originaria di Omsk, una città della Siberia occidentale, oggi vive in Svizzera e lavora in una fabbrica automobilistica. Il suo percorso ha riunito esperienze diverse: ha studiato economia in Russia, si è formata come istruttrice di fitness in Germania e, parallelamente a queste attività, ha sviluppato il suo interesse per la fotografia e le passerelle. Il suo percorso come modella è iniziato quando aveva appena 18 anni. «Un fotografo mi notò in un supermercato mentre ero con un’amica e stavamo comprando un gelato». Quel primo incontro ha acceso una passione che l’ha portata a collaborare con diversi marchi ucraini ed europei, a partecipare a numerose sfilate di moda e a vivere nuove esperienze. «Amo assolutamente fare la modella. È qualcosa che mi entusiasma sempre». Tra le tappe più significative del suo percorso ci sono i concorsi di bellezza Miss Universe Switzerland e Miss Woman International. Quest’anno Aleksandra ha partecipato a Miss Woman a Tenerife, un’esperienza che ricorda con affetto e che le ha offerto un’altra opportunità per mettersi alla prova. Continua a cercare nuove opportunità: «Sto cercando un altro concorso di bellezza a cui partecipare. Alcuni concorsi in Kosovo mi hanno contattata, ma si tratterebbe della loro prima edizione e non sono ancora sicura di potermi fidare». Le sue ambizioni si estendono anche al mondo dello spettacolo, dove spera di trovare nuove opportunità per esprimere la propria personalità. «Per me, il mondo dello spettacolo è una parte importante della vita. Voglio farne parte perché ho tanta energia creativa e positiva che mi piacerebbe condividere». Aleksandra riconosce anche l’importanza delle relazioni professionali: «Fare networking è uno dei punti di forza fondamentali. Bisogna conoscere le persone per partecipare agli eventi e bisogna essere speciali e distinguersi dalla massa. Spero di esserlo». Instagram è l’unica piattaforma social che utilizza. Sul suo profilo, @swisss_lifffe, condivide scorci della sua vita quotidiana, pubblicando contenuti legati allo sport, alla moda e agli eventi. «È il mio diario, dove condivido quello che faccio ogni giorno, anche se, naturalmente, non mostro tutto. Per me è una fuga dalla realtà». La moda è una parte essenziale del suo modo di esprimersi. Aleksandra ama cambiare look, sperimentare outfit diversi e rimanere fedele alla propria originalità. «Mi piace essere notata. Amo vestirmi bene e posso cambiare tre outfit in tre ore! È la mia passione. Mi piace essere diversa, affascinante, positiva e un po’ pazza». Parlando delle altre donne, sottolinea anche l’importanza dell’individualità: «Credo che ogni donna abbia il proprio stile e la propria energia. È questo che ci rende tutte diverse». Uno dei suoi impegni più recenti è stata una sfilata di moda per Moda Prado a Lucerna, dove Aleksandra ha avuto ancora una volta l’opportunità di rappresentare i capi del marchio. «Sono sempre molto felice di farlo», afferma. I suoi programmi, tuttavia, vanno oltre la moda: il 31 ottobre 2026 tornerà a partecipare alle competizioni di bodybuilding nella categoria bikini, dopo aver già preso parte alla stessa competizione nel 2023. Tra sfilate di moda, concorsi di bellezza e sport, Aleksandra vuole continuare a mettersi alla prova e a cogliere nuove opportunità. Il suo obiettivo è mantenere la stessa energia e determinazione anche negli anni a venire. Come si vede tra dieci anni? La sua risposta è tanto giocosa quanto sicura di sé: «Mi vedo esattamente come sono oggi: forte e bella, e per sempre venticinquenne».

At 36, Aleksandra Vainio continues to pursue her passion for photography, fashion, and the entertainment industry. Originally from Omsk, a city in Western Siberia, she now lives in Switzerland and works in an automotive factory. Her journey has brought together different experiences: she studied economics in Russia, trained as a fitness instructor in Germany, and, alongside these pursuits, developed her interest in photography and the runway. Her journey as a model began when she was just 18 years old. “A photographer noticed me in a supermarket while I was with a friend and we were buying ice cream.” That first encounter sparked a passion that led her to collaborate with several Ukrainian and European brands, take part in numerous fashion shows, and enjoy new experiences. “I absolutely love being a model. It is something that always excites me”.
Among the most significant milestones in her journey are the Miss Universe Switzerland and Miss Woman International beauty pageants. This year, Aleksandra took part in Miss Woman in Tenerife, an experience she remembers fondly and which gave her another opportunity to challenge herself. She continues to look for new opportunities: “I am searching for another beauty pageant to enter. Some pageants in Kosovo have contacted me, but this would be their first edition, and I am not yet sure whether I can trust them.”
Her ambitions also extend to the entertainment industry, where she hopes to find new opportunities to express her personality. “For me, the entertainment industry is a big part of life. I want to be part of this world because I have so much creative and positive energy that I would love to share.” Aleksandra also recognises the importance of professional relationships: “Networking is one of the key strengths. You need to know people to attend events, and you need to be special and stand out from the crowd. I hope I am”.
Instagram is the only social media platform she uses. On her profile, @swisss_lifffe, she shares glimpses of her everyday life, posting content related to sport, fashion, and events. “It is my diary, where I share what I do every day, although, of course, I don’t show everything. For me, it is an escape from reality”.
Fashion is an essential part of how she expresses herself. Aleksandra loves changing her look, experimenting with different outfits, and staying true to her originality. “I enjoy being noticed. I love dressing up, and I can change three outfits in three hours! It is my passion. I like being different, charming, positive, and a little crazy.” When talking about other women, she also emphasises the importance of individuality: “I believe every woman has her own style and energy. That is what makes us all different”.
One of her recent engagements was a fashion show for Moda Prado in Lucerne, where Aleksandra once again had the opportunity to represent the brand’s clothing. “I am always very happy to do it,” she says. Her plans, however, go beyond fashion: on October 31, 2026, she will return to bodybuilding competitions in the bikini category, having already competed in the same event in 2023.
Between fashion shows, beauty pageants, and sport, Aleksandra wants to keep challenging herself and pursuing new opportunities. Her goal is to maintain the same energy and determination in the years to come. How does she see herself ten years from now? Her answer is both playful and confident: “I see myself exactly as I am today: strong and beautiful, and forever twenty-five”.
